Not possible for PAS to sit with DAP and Amanah, says Mohd Amar
It is not possible for PAS to sit at the same table and cooperate with DAP and Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah) in Pakatan Harapan from past experience, says its vice-president Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah.
The Kelantan deputy menteri besar said the party's stand, as of now, was not to have any cooperation with PAS and Amanah, as it was focusing on empowering the third opposition block.
"We have experienced working with DAP. It may be difficult for us to repeat that. We will not discuss our stand with Amanah and DAP.
"However we have not severed ties with PKR.
"We are endeavouring to strengthen the third block (with Parti Ikatan Bangsa Malaysia). Perhaps it will take a little bit of time," he told reporters at a breaking-of-fast function with the Kelantan media practitioners in Kota Baharu ast night.
He was asked to comment on the suggestion by PKR deputy president, Mohamed Azmin Ali, who is also Selangor Menteri Besar, that PAS return to Pakatan Harapan to face BN in the 14th general election.
