ROS warns Bersatu over AGM

The Registrar of Societies (ROS) does not recognise Bersatu's extraordinary general meeting on Nov 2 last year because it "attended" by only 12 of its office bearers.

ROS also reminded Bersatu's leadership that Umno was once deregistered for violating its constitution and the Societies Act 1966.

However, the ROS refused to comment on the status of Pakatan Harapan's registration process, 117 days after the application was submitted.

Bersatu president Muhyiddin Yassin said his party could not hold an AGM yet because the branches and divisions have yet to be properly set up.

Najib visits Anwar
