Manifesto: Harapan to loosen reins of power in first five years

EXCLUSIVE | Pakatan Harapan's manifesto for the 14th general election, which is set to be unveiled tomorrow, will introduce measures to devolve power at the federal and state levels – including term limits for elected leaders.

The opposition coalition's detailed manifesto will contain 10 promises to be achieved within the first 100 days and another 60 long-term promises to be delivered within five years should it come to power after the polls.
