The MACC visited former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak today to issue him a summon to the graft buster’s headquarters on Tuesday over the alleged misappropriation of SRC International funds.

Bloomberg reports that the MACC may also probe Najib for abuse of power.

Police have finally opened a safe in Najib's home that has reportedly been sealed for 20 years and found cash.

Earlier, the police seized 284 luxury handbags, 72 bags of cash as well as jewellery from two condominium units linked to Najib in the upmarket Pavilion Residences in Kuala Lumpur.

The Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) said it had blocked Malaysiakini's GE14 live results page on the night of the May 9 general election for several hours after receiving public complaints.
