Gobind in talks with TNB, sees potential in breaking TM's monopoly

PARLIAMENT | Communications and Multimedia Minister Gobind Singh Deo is in talks with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) to potentially challenge Telekom Malaysia's (TM) dominance.
