Azmin: HSR price inflated by ‘many corrupt elements’

The price of the RM120 billion High-Speed Rail project that would link Kuala Lumpur and Singapore had been inflated due to “many corrupt elements”, said Economic Affairs Minister Mohamed Azmin Ali.
