Rosmah appoints new defence counsel to face graft charges

Rosmah Mansor, the wife of former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak, has appointed new defence lawyers to handle her two graft charges in the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court.

Lawyers Akberdin Abdul Kadir and Jagjit Singh are taking over as Rosmah’s counsel from Geethan Ram Vincent and K Kumaraendran.

Geethan and Kumaraendran remain her counsel for her 17 charges of money laundering...
