The faster PKR president Anwar Ibrahim becomes prime minister the better, according to Big Blue Taxi Facilities Sdn Bhd founder Shamsubahrin Ismail.
Shamsubahrin said this after failing to get Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad's to support anti-e-hailing initiatives.
"Pakatan Harapan has no hope. My new hope now rests with Anwar as prime minister. That is our hope.
"We will wait. The faster he becomes prime minister the better," Shamsubahrin told journalists after visiting Najib Abdul Razak's at his residence in Kuala Lumpur today.

Shamsubahrin met with the former prime minister to share the plight of taxi drivers whom he says are badly affected by the advent of e-hailing operators.
The taxi operator has lobbied for e-hailing services to be banned.
The government has refused to do so, and instead introduced additional regulations for e-hailing drivers, similar to those imposed on taxi drivers.
"He (Mahathir) had acknowledged that e-hailing would kill off taxi drivers yet he still wants to do it his way.
"Our only hope now is Anwar. I'm sure Anwar can help the taxi drivers," he said.
