Too early for unity gov't plans with Umno, says PAS veep

A senior PAS leader today downplayed acting Umno president Mohamad Hasan's reported plans to form a unity government in the four states currently governed by BN and PAS.

PAS vice-president Iskandar Samad told reporters today it is "too early" for the two parties to discuss such a proposal, as preparations are being made to face the upcoming Rantau by-election...
