MACC yesterday released nine audio clips to suggest a grand “criminal conspiracy” in 2016 to subvert justice in relations to the 1MDB investigations.

The anti-corruption commission insisted that the audio clips were authentic and provided the actual dates when these were recorded. At the time of writing, none of those named in the audio clips has denied its authenticity.
