Movement control order: KL police chief mulls over harsh punishment

Kuala Lumpur police chief Mazlan Lazim has cautioned that legal action will be taken against those who fail to comply with the movement control order (MCO).

He spoke to the media on the sidelines of a police roadblock along Jalan Tun HS Lee this evening.
