Bersih chairperson Thomas Fann is set to be quizzed tomorrow over the NGO's call for the public to attend a protest called "Turun Ke Jalan: Demokrasi Mati" (Take to the Streets: Democracy's Dead) at Dataran Merdeka on Feb 29.

In a statement today, Bersih said Fann is being investigated under Section 9(5) of the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012.
