The Labuan Port Authority (LPA) has a new line-up of board members effective July 9, 2020 until July 8, 2021.
Former deputy education minister P Kamalanathan (photo, above) was appointed as chairperson and Labuan MCA chief Chin Hon Vui as deputy chairperson.
Other board members are Labuan Corporation chief executive officer Fary Akmal Osman, LPA general manager Zulkurnain Ayub, Labuan Umno deputy chief Khalid Ghani, Labuan Bersatu deputy chief Abdullah Omar Bledram, and MCA Sabah chief Lee Wan Tung.
Three other members are representatives from the Ministry of Federal Territories, Ministry of Transport, and the Ministry of Finance.
Chin, who has served the board for two terms, told Bernama he received his appointment letter dated July 17 last night.
