Prasarana Malaysia Berhad has pledged its full cooperation to the Transport Ministry's special committee formed to investigate the Light Rail Transit (LRT) collision involving 213 passengers, a driver and an operator last night.

In a statement, the company said it will extend similar cooperation to police investigations under Section 201 of the Land Transport Act 2010.

Prasarana chairperson Tajuddin Abdul Rahman also announced that each passenger involved in the collision will be compensated with RM1,000.
