AirAsia Aviation Group Ltd (AAAGL), the aviation arm of Capital A Group, said it is committed to resolve all refund requests as soon as possible.

In a statement today, AAAGL said they have already finalised over 99 percent of all customer queries and will work to progressively settle the final 0.8 percent in the coming months.
