PKR's Hassan, Maszlee, and Akmal to defend their seats in Johor

After much anticipation, Johor PKR has unveiled its list of candidates for the 15th general election (GE15) today.

This includes the parliamentary seats of Pagoh, Johor Bahru, Tebrau, and Segamat among others.

Those defending their seats include former PKR Youth chief Akmal Nasir (Johor Bahru), Hassan Karim (Pasir Gudang) and Maszlee Malik (Simpang Renggam).

Maszlee first won the seat in 2018 under the Bersatu banner.

The seats of Tebrau, Segamat, and Batu Pahat - which have seen its MPs defect from PKR - will be contested by Jimmy Puah, Tebrau division chief Yuneswaran, and Onn Abu Bakar respectively.

This was announced today during a PKR event at Padang MPAJ, in Ampang, Selangor.
