Perlis Perikatan Nasional (PN) today announced two more candidates contesting for state seats in the 15th general election to complete the candidate list for the state assembly after revealing only 13 names last night.

Perlis PN chairperson Mohd Shukri Ramli said the two candidates are Perlis PN Women committee member Marzita Mansor (Sena) from Bersatu and Perlis PAS Youth chief Asrul Aimran Abd Jalil (Kayang).

He hoped that speculations over the names of the two candidates who were not announced last night would stop.

"Hopefully we can continue to move to ensure that PN captures Perlis in GE15," he told reporters in Kangar.

Last night, Shukri announced the list of 13 PN candidates for the Perlis state assembly where eight will be contested by PAS candidates and five from Bersatu.

Perlis has 15 state assembly seats.
