The Kuala Lumpur Magistrate’s Court today released a man known as “Datuk Roy”, whose real name is Mohd Hussein Mohd Nasir, on MACC bail following the expiry of his three-day remand to facilitate an investigation into the Jana Wibawa programme.

However, the 54-year-old is set to be brought before the Putrajaya Magistrate’s Court tomorrow to be further remanded as part of the anti-graft watchdog’s probe into the scheme.
