Kelantan Health Dept probes purported heatstroke death of 2 kids

An investigation is underway to determine the actual cause of death of two children who reportedly died of heatstroke.

This was confirmed by Kelantan Health Department director Dr Zaini Hussin with Bernama today.

Prior to this, the deaths of the two children, said to be caused by heatstroke, went viral on social media.

One of them, an 11-year-old boy, died at the Balai Health Clinic in Bachok, and the other case, a one-year and seven-month-old girl, was reported at Kampung Kota, in Kota Bharu. She died last Tuesday.
