The Kuala Lumpur High Court today dismissed Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s application to halt a civil suit filed by his former aide, Yusoff Rawther, over alleged sexual assault.

The court ruled that the eight constitutional questions raised by Anwar did not meet the required legal standard.
