Chiefs of Staff of Iran’s armed forces chairperson Abdolrahim Mousavi said on Tuesday that the operations conducted since Friday were intended as deterrent warnings, and punitive actions will follow soon.

“These operations served as a warning for deterrence, and punitive operations will be implemented shortly,” the Islamic Republic News Agency quoted him.
