The whistleblower in the Sabah mining scandal, Albert Tei, is seeking to question Sabah Mineral Management Sdn Bhd (SMM) CEO Nathasha Sim in court.

This is regarding Sim’s affidavit in support of SMM’s application to commence contempt proceedings against Tei (above) for allegedly breaching a court order, according to a copy of Tei’s application that is being circulated on social media.
