Batu MP P Prabakaran has hailed Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s announcement of RM40 million in allocations for programmes benefiting the Indian community, stressing that it puts to rest opposition claims of neglect.

Prabakaran (above, centre), who also chairs the Special Committee of the Malaysian Indian Transformation Unit (Mitra), said the opposition has been deliberately misleading the community for political mileage.
