PSM deputy chairperson S Arutchelvan was arrested, detained for about six hours and released on police bail at midnight over an incident during a memorandum handover outside Parliament on Aug 13.

He was freed after being questioned at the Dang Wangi district police headquarters, Kuala Lumpur.
