The government plans to place Halal Development Corporation Bhd (HDC) under the Halal Commission once the commission is established, said Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

He said it’ll be moved from the Investment, Trade and Industry Ministry (Miti), and efforts to establish the commission are already underway.
