Sabah Chief Minister Hajiji Noor has announced the dissolution of the state legislative assembly, paving the way for the 17th state election.

The announcement was made during a ceremony with Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) elected representatives at the Banquet Hall, Level 3, Menara Kinabalu today.
