Sabah DAP chief Phoong Jin Zhe is mulling legal action against controversial businessperson Albert Tei for linking him to the Sabah mining license scandal in a recent podcast show.

In a statement today, Phoong (above) said he felt "disgusted and outraged" over the allegations made against him and labelled them as a "complete distortion of facts".
