Neither businessperson Albert Tei nor Port Dickson Bersatu chief Badrul Hisham Shaharin is a whistleblower, MACC chief commissioner Azam Baki said.

Azam explained that Tei was involved in the crimes he exposed, while Badrul (above, right), popularly known as Chegubard, was a complainant who reported the information he received to the police, leading the MACC to act on the report.
