Businessperson Albert Tei, who has been on a warpath against MACC chief commissioner Azam Baki since exposing the Sabah mining scandal, has now submitted a memorandum to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.

The memorandum calls for action against Azam over his shareholding controversy and allegations that the MACC is colluding with businesspersons to facilitate corporate takeovers.
