M'sian students lag behind Vietnam
Malaysian students are not learning as much as they should in the amount of time they spend in schools, according to a World Bank report.
The average Malaysian student spends 12.5 years in school, but this is only equivalent to 8.9 years of learning.
By comparison, Vietnam offers 10.7 years of learning within a 12.9-year schooling period.
Vietnam also edges out Malaysia in reading proficiency, with only 18 percent of Vietnamese kids not being proficient readers by the end of Standard 5.
In Malaysia, a whopping 42 percent of students are not proficient in reading by the end of Standard 5 according to the report.

German authorities have confiscated four Bugatti Veyron supercars from a storage facility in Munich.
