The search for the perfect Hari Raya tudung begins

A woman chooses a head scarf at Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, Kuala Lumpur - a hot spot for Hari Raya Aidilfitri shopping.

It is only the first week of Ramadan, but many are flocking Jalan TAR's bazaars and clothing shops to avoid the last minute rush.

There is an endless array of headscarves, traditional clothes and Hari Raya Aidilfitri-related goodies for those willing to brave the crowds.

The bravest of them all will head over to Jalan TAR on the eve of Hari Raya Aidilfitri where traders closing down for the season offer rock bottom prices til the wee hours of the morning.
