My wife and I are Malaysia Airlines System (MAS)'s Enrich members. I have been trying to get some response from MAS regarding my (and my wife's) missing business-class points from MH4 Kuala Lumpur to London Heathrow flight July 25, 2006, which we had upgraded to First Class using our Enrich FF (frequent flyer) points.

I have sent repeated emails to [email protected]; the MAS Manchester, England office, and I have completed their missing points forms together with the required documentation.

There is no response whatsoever.

I assume the remaining staff are demoralised and sitting on their hands doing nothing following the redundancies/restructuring programme which were announced while we were in Malaysia April through July this year.

Maybe this letter will make someone take some action.
