We refer o the letter Bus service in nation's Silicon Valley deplorable .

Rapid KL wishes to inform that we have three buses for route 429. Previously we advertised our service at a 15-minutes frequency. However, after some time we found that the crowd is there only at specific times while at other times, ridership is very low.

What we are doing now is that during peak periods, we will move as and when the bus is full. As the area has no traffic congestion, the frequency is on a stable 30 to 40 minutes interval.
