, Sultan of Johor Sultan Ibrahim Ismail Almarhum Sultan Iskandar heads the list of recipients.
Sultan Ibrahim Ismail will receive the Darjah Kerabat Diraja Yang Amat Dihormati (DK) while Raja Kecil Tengah of Perak Raja Ahmad Nazim Azlan Shah Raja Ashman is to receive the Darjah Yang Teramat Mulia Darjah Kerabat Azlanii II (DKA II).
Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin is conferred the Darjah Kebesaran Seri Paduka Sultan Azlan Shah Perak Yang Teramat Dimulia (SPSA), which carries the title Datuk Seri Diraja.
Chief Justice Tun Zaki Tun Azmi received the Darjah Seri Paduka Cura Si Manja Kini (SPCM), which carries the title Datuk Seri.
The Darjah Datuk Seri Paduka Mahkota Perak (SPMP), which carries the title Datuk Seri, was conferred on four recipients - Chief Judge of Malaya Tan Sri Arifin Zakaria, Perak state secretary Datuk Dr Abdul Rahman Hashim, Orang Kaya-kaya Laksamana Raja Mahkota Datuk Mohd Amin Shukeri Ali Akbar and Muneyoshi Ueda, a Japanese philanthropist who is active in hockey.
Hee, who is among 56 recipients of Datukship, is appointed deputy Perak legislative assembly speaker after becoming a BN-friendly state representative.
Her defections along with two PKR reps - Osman Jailu and Jamaluddin Mohd Radzi - made it possible for BN to reclaim Perak from Pakatan Rakyat after the sultan sacked then menteri besar Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin.
Hee, who is afflicted by polio when she was in her teens, is the first disabled woman to become speaker of a legislative assembly.
