The High Court (Appellate and Special Powers Division) in Kuala Lumpur has fixed Oct 21 for case management of the review application by Mkini Dotcom Sdn Bhd, the owner of news website ‘ Malaysiakini ’, of the Home Ministry’s decision to reject its permit application to start a newspaper.
