The seizing of the Irshad Manji's book Allah, Liberty & Love, first by the Federal Territory Islamic Religious Department (Jawi) and then by the Selangor Islamic Affairs Department (Jais) only exposes the "Napoleons" within the departments, book publisher Ezra Zaid says.
