Will Penang go bankrupt with a deficit budget?

Penang BN has warned that the state will go bankrupt if it continues with a deficit budget as it has done in the previous two years.

State BN Youth vice-chairperson Tan Hing Teik said that the Pakatan Rakyat cannot run a state by continuing to announce deficit budgets.
