Perak Pakatan Rakyat assemblypersons have boycotted the swearing-in ceremony of Menteri Besar Zambry Abdul Kadir this morning, said DAP Perak chief Ngeh Koo Ham, who is decrying the recently-concluded elections as unfair due to ‘blatant gerrymandering’.
