A 41-year-old Bosnian who has permanent resident status has filed a RM600,000 suit at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court alleging his female companion had stolen his sperm, even though she was not interested in a marriage.

NONE Ervin Ahbabovic ( right ), a commercial director from Taman Danau Desa, claimed that he and the 29-year-old defendant entered into a relationship in 2008.

Ahbabovic claimed that his former partner was more interested in him to satisfy her sexual urges, while he wanted to marry her and start a family.

He claimed that his former partner was more interested in having a better offspring compared to local sperm and held the perception that European genetic DNA had astonishing quality compared to that of locals.

The two had a son in 2010.

Ahbabovic claimed that she chased him out last year following a rocky relationship.

The suit was filed through the Law Chambers of Mohamad Fauzi last Friday and the court has fixed Oct 1 for case management.

Details of relationship

Ahbabovic claimed while they entered into a relationship, he did not realise that she does not share the same feeling and had a negative perception of their relationship.

He alleged that following the birth of their son, the woman changed drastically despite him taking care of her, where they would quarrel. He claimed that she would find fault with him, resulting in a non-harmonious situation.

The Bosnian also claimed he was forgiving and had to fulfill his former partner’s unusual sexual desires which he described as “beyond normal boundaries”.

Ahbobovic, in his writ of  summons, also alleged that she was intolerable, jealous, insecure and had even threatened to commit suicide if he did not fulfill her desires.

He claimed as a result of this, he had no choice but to live with her and become her “sex satisfier” in order to maintain a good and harmonious relationship and convince her to marry him.

The director claimed that he also wanted to ensure the proper upbringing and development of their child in a normal family setting.

However, Ahbabovic alleged he suffered severe mental and emotional abuse from her dominance and claimed she became hostile and on an occasion stabbed him on his left forearm.

Following this he felt that he could not enjoy a normal life and had voiced his protest about her behaviour.

Despite the protest, Ahbabovic claimed the woman acted in a narcissistic way by insulting, beating, scolding, yelling and threatening to evict him from the house where they stayed together.

He voiced out his protest again as a result, and this resulted in her chasing him out and throwing his personal belongings outside.

Ahbabovic said his neighbours and friends who understood his predicament had assisted him, as he alleged that she took his life savings and was not allowed to operate their joint cafeteria.

As a result, he felt humiliated, suffered trauma and shock and furthermore, he was not allowed to see his son after leaving home.

He is seeking RM600,000 for compensation for the usage of sperm in getting the child, and a declaration that he is the lawful father in their son’s birth certificate and the publication of this fact in three mainstream newspapers.
