PKR president Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail will meet with the Registrar of Societies (ROS) tomorrow on a complaint lodged on disciplinary action taken by the party.

However, the letter by ROS does not state if it has to do with former Selangor menteri besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim's sacking from the party.

According to a statement from the party, Wan Azizah ( left ) will have her statement taken at 2.30pm at the ROS office in Putrajaya.

Khalid had earlier complained to the ROS that the party's disciplinary board and central leadership did not follow due process in his sacking in August this year for refusing to step down as the menteri besar.

Wan Azizah will be accompanied by lawyer Ragunath Kesavan.

The party's disciplinary board chairperson, Tan Kee Kwong, has had his statement recorded by ROS in Putrajaya over Khalid's complaint.

Khalid had called for ROS to determine if PKR had violated party constitution in sacking him.

The PKR leadership decided to replace Khalid as menteri besar back in July this year, but Khalid refused to step down, leading to his sacking from the party on Aug 9.

Khalid went on to stay as an independent menteri besar for a month before PKR deputy president Azmin Ali was chosen as his successor.
