Over the past year, Padang Serai MP N Surendran spent most of the time away from the Dewan Rakyat because he was slapped with two six-month suspension terms.
Today marks his return to the august House and the vocal MP said his previous suspensions would not stop him from speaking up.
"I'm not going to change my ways. I should have never been suspended in the first place," Surendran told reporters.
His first six-month ban from the Dewan Rakyat took place in November 2013, after an argument with speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia ( right ).
Six days after returning to the Dewan Rakyat in June last year, he was slapped with another six months ban after a similar argument with Pandikar.
