Several Public Accounts Committee members from both the opposition and BN are believed to have been boycotting committee meetings of late over disagreements with its chief Hasan Arifin.

According to a source who is familiar with the meetings, these MPs were continuously absent when the PAC met between April to October

The PAC is set to meet again starting tomorrow and the boycott is expected to continue.

It is understood their boycott stems from Hasan's decision to unilaterally delete a key sentence in the PAC's report on its investigation on 1MDB, after it had been collectively approved.
