Former deputy prime minister Muhyiddin Yassin, who is being investigated under the Official Secrets Act (OSA), hopes he too will not get a jail sentence, as was handed to PKR's Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli.
"While I sympathise with what happened to Rafizi. I hope I will not fall into the same situation," Muhyiddin said after spending two hours in Bukit Aman to record his statement.
"This is because I do believe that when I speak in Parliament, I do have the right to speak and I do have immunity."
