Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) president Muhyiddin Yassin said that as a Johorean, he is loyal to the state's ruler Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar.

However, the former deputy prime minister emphasised that loyalty must not be blind.
