PARLIAMENT Dewan Rakyat speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia says there is a need to introduce time limits for the oral question-and-answer session in the House.

"If ministers answer like this, we will need to limit the time. Same goes for additional questions.

"I see some MPs not following the standing orders. Even though I or my deputies don't reprimand you, it does not mean you can speak as you wish," Pandikar told Parliament today.
