Mustapa: ‘Historical facts’ in varsity textbook

The contents of the ‘Ethnic Relations’ textbook, currently in use in some universities, comprise “historical facts that cannot be disputed”, Higher Education Minister Mustapa Mohamed told the Dewan Rakyat today.
