As Asia’s logistics sector goes toward full digitalisation, a new frontrunner is redefining what the smart warehouse of the future should be. Ally Logistic Property (ALP), the Taiwan-based logistics property developer, has surged ahead of the pack by earning the Supply Chain Innovator of the Year (Smart Warehouse) title at the Supply Chain Asia Awards 2025.
Charlie Chang, CEO and co-founder of ALP, said the recognition as Supply Chain Innovator of the Year marked an important milestone for the company. He added that the award reaffirmed ALP’s commitment to industry transformation through ongoing innovation, integration of advanced technologies, and a focus on sustainability, guided by the company’s “Change For Better” ethos.
The award also reflects the impact of ALP’s OMEGA Smart Logistics Infrastructure network, which operates in Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore, and is reshaping warehouse design and operations through a focus on speed, intelligence and environmental responsibility.
According to Keren Liu, COO of ALP Southeast Asia's the achievement reflects the contribution of the company’s workforce, partners and clients, adding that the organisation aims to support the region’s transition toward connected and sustainable logistics infrastructure.
OMEGA network: Redefining logistics in Asia
At the base of ALP’s success is the OMEGA network. Advanced automation, smart design, and a flexible Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) model allow businesses in sectors such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, omnichannel retail, and cold-chain logistics to expand quickly without massive upfront investment.
The network improves throughput, raises operational standards, and reduces environmental impact—helping companies stay competitive in fast-moving markets.

OMEGA 1 Bukit Raja in Klang Valley serves as the flagship development within the network. The three‑storey facility features a fully integrated AS/RS zone comprising racking systems, cranes, I/O ports and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), all connected to ALPOS for synchronised warehouse management.
The site offers more than 1.2 million sq ft of net leasable area and over 100,000 pallet positions, with two ramps providing direct access to all floors. Safety and operational features include ESFR sprinkler systems, CCTV surveillance, on‑site engineering support and dedicated management services.
The facility is accessible via major highways including:
West Coast Expressway (WCE),
