Over the years, community builder, Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana” or “Group”), has developed 20 green building developments across Malaysia, promoting a healthier well-being as well as creating holistic living spaces for its residents. On 2 December 2025, the Group was lauded for its continued commitment to sustainable townships when The Travel Daily Media (“TDM”) Travel Trade Excellence Awards 2025 Malaysia bestowed Tropicana Gardens with the Serviced Apartment of the Year award for the Group’s green-building initiatives. Tropicana Gardens, a 17.6-acre mixed-use transit-oriented development, earned the honour for its well-integrated communal planning, strong sustainable practices featuring seven green-certified buildings, and outstanding connectivity to the Surian MRT Station.
