Kuala Lumpur, 19 March 2026 – Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad (Allianz General) is raising the bar on personal accident protection by rewarding customers with 25% extra coverage when they purchase an Allianz Shield Plus or Allianz Lifestyle Protect policy.
As Allianz Malaysia marks its 25th anniversary this year, the Company is celebrating this milestone by giving back to its customers while continuing its commitment to protecting what matters most.
“This campaign is our way of saying thank you to our customers for 25 incredible years of trust and support, and counting,” said Allianz General Chief Executive Officer, Sean Wang.
“With this extra 25% coverage, we are empowering our customers with greater financial security and peace of mind, whether in protecting loved ones, managing unexpected events or supporting lifestyle needs,” he added.
Allianz Shield Plus
Under this campaign, customers aged 40 years and below who purchase a new Allianz Shield Plus policy will enjoy an instant 25% Special Bonus on the Principal Sum Insured. Existing policyholders who renew their policy with new individuals added, aged 40 years and below will also enjoy the 25% Special Bonus for those newly added.
Plus, customers who opt in for Lifestyle & Living Benefits will receive an additional 25% coverage, offering greater support for unexpected events.
Allianz Shield Plus is a 24/7 worldwide personal accident insurance solution that offers benefits such as up to RM3 million in coverage for accidental death and permanent disablement, as well as cashless hospital admission and discharge benefits for medical expenses arising from accidents.
Allianz Lifestyle Protect
Meanwhile, customers who purchase a new Allianz Lifestyle Protect policy will be entitled to 25% Extra Coverage for selected Lifestyle and Living Benefits, ensuring comprehensive protection tailored to their unique needs and lifestyles.
Existing policyholders who add new individuals to their Allianz Lifestyle Protect policy will also enjoy the 25% Extra Coverage for those newly added.
Allianz Lifestyle Protect is an all-in-one insurance solution designed to safeguard your lifestyle, with benefits such as up to RM5,000 coverage for smart devices, up to RM5,000 coverage for credit card and loan indemnity and up to RM1,500 for online purchases.
