The arrival of this moment is surreal, the emotions it brings indescribable.

Thank you to all the Malaysians who made it possible, and especially to those who have made it their life’s work to see this day through.

When the euphoria fades, and the dust finally settles, we’re going to have to roll up our sleeves, and get to work - to rebuild from the rubble the greatness of our nation.
